This final plan document outlines the details of the planning process in Southside, establishes the community's shared vision for the future, and identifies development goals and an implementation strategy to make the community's vision a reality. Community Factbook.
This document is an analysis of the existing conditions and trends for the city of Southside, AL. This report was compiled using research from sources such as the US Census, the American Communities Survey, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and other recent state data. As an objective analysis, this report does not draw any final conclusions from the data. The statistics in the report were used to spark critical thinking and conversations about the future of Southside and to identify important topics for further exploration in the comprehensive planning process. Community Outreach.
This document is an analysis of findings from the public input phase of the master planning process. The report was compiled using input from community and stakeholder meetings as well as an online survey. The Market Analysis Report is an in depth look at the local economy in Southside that assesses the extent and impact of certain sectors within the economy.
