The City of Southside, in consultation with its citizens and a team of planning professionals, has developed this strategic plan to chart the future path of the city for the next 15 to 20 years. After engaging over 1,000 residents in the process, the plan has identified a shared vision for the community and laid out a series of development goals to realize that vision by guiding local officials in funding and policy decision making.
